🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Skilled Laborer / Carpenter, you’ll be a key part of bringing homes and businesses back to life:
Perform carpentry, framing, drywall, trim, demo, and general construction tasks
Assist in water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration projects
Work hands-on in residential and commercial environments
Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery
Collaborate with project leads, superintendents, and team members
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and uphold high safety and quality standards
Represent Rainbow Restoration with professionalism, respect, and integrity

🧱 Minimum Qualifications
Experience as a Skilled Laborer or Carpenter strongly preferred
Ability to read blueprints, follow directions, and work independently
Proficiency with basic construction tools and materials
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in environments such as heights and crawlspaces
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
