Do you enjoy turning complex drawings into precise EDM setups? Are you comfortable tweaking G & M codes until the process runs perfectly? If so, KMM Group—building mission‑critical components for air, space, and life‑saving equipment—wants to hear from you.

The challenge
  • Absorb specifications from blueprints, sketches, models, and product descriptions to define the right setups and tooling for EDM parts.
  • Own the setup and operation of RAM (sinker) EDMs.
  • Modify G & M codes to refine tool paths and parameters.
  • Gauge and verify every RAM EDM part to ensure it meets specification.
  • Eliminate finish marks and, when needed, fit/assemble parts—such as punches into punch.
  • Clearly communicate setup details so teammates can reproduce success.
