Job Description
Under the supervision of the Ramp Supervisor, the incumbent acts as a ramp agent. He/she performs the work of the ramp agent and provides a safe, professional, courteous and polite experience for passengers and crew members.
Description of the main duties:
Greet passengers and crew members in a professional, courteous and respectful manner;Respect at all times the application of safety rules on the ramp and in the hangar;Prepare aircraft for flight and customer acceptance;Guide aircraft during arrivals and departures, using hand signals;Tow aircraft;Refuel aircraft;Load/unload;Transport passengers/crew members;Other related tasks.Conditions
