Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate raw material expertise and molecular biology into research efforts.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on research findings and results.
Ensure the lab maintains high operational standards, adhering to relevant research and clinical guidelines.
A degree in molecular biology, genetics, chemistry, or a related field, with at least 4-5 years of experience in R&D or laboratory management.
Proven experience in leading laboratory teams and managing complex research projects.
Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies and molecular research practices.
Expertise in raw material handling and analysis, as well as complex experimental data interpretation.
The ability to clearly communicate complex findings, with prior experience handling intricate research results.
High proficiency in English, with the ability to work effectively in an international and multidisciplinary research environment.
