Key Responsibilities

• 1.Wireless Product Team Building and Management: Responsible for the overall management of the project's wireless product technology delivery team, determining the team's organizational structure, resource allocation, responsibility definition, and assessment mechanism.
• 2.Responsible for the commissioning, debugging, cutover and acceptance of wireless products .
• 3.Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.
• 4.Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
• 5.Familiar with operator's process and customer.
• 6.Escalates the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of wireless products to the third line of technical support.
