Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Undergo technical training under real‑life work environment in the RASM department.
• Assist M&E or RASM department in troubleshooting defects.
• Develop diagnostic skills to identify problems and possible solutions.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of RASM process control and assist RASM engineer/officer in identifying and improving problematic areas.
• Initiate and implement cost‑saving programs for all areas of the RASM department.
• Conduct improvement projects aimed at saving cost, improving quality, and enhancing efficiency.
