Job Title: Raw Material Admin
Location: Coppell, TX 75019
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend flexibility required for overtime
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Raw Material Admin to support warehouse and raw material operations within a food manufacturing environment. This role combines administrative responsibilities with warehouse coordination and requires strong organization, ERP knowledge, and forklift experience.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including scanning, filing, reporting, and inventory tracking.
Assist with invoice matching and submit paperwork to finance for processing.
Greet and check in truck drivers using the Bitam system or equivalent.
Verify incoming truck and trailer numbers and seal numbers against shipping documentation before unloading.
