Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform GMP testing of raw materials, packaging components, and other incoming samples to support manufacturing release timelines
  • Author and review laboratory investigations, analytical test methods, deviations, protocols, and SOPs related to raw materials and instrumentation
  • Provide technical support for method and instrument troubleshooting and serve as a subject matter expert within the raw materials laboratory
  • Lead the implementation of the Raw Materials laboratory, including instrument installation, qualification, validation, and analyst training
  • Train and mentor QC analysts on raw materials testing methods, documentation practices, and GMP expectations
  • Schedule and manage raw materials testing workload to meet manufacturing and release schedules
  • Review QC raw material data for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements
