Schedule: PHT, Flexible

Job Overview: The HR/Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, government statutory compliance, and employee timekeeping. The role also includes handling HR administrative tasks and ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee benefits and business-related documents.

Payroll & Timekeeping

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing (regular, overtime, adjustments, and deductions).
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping records, validate attendance data, and ensure completeness before payroll cut-off.
  • Process statutory contributions and loan payments (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
  • Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and government remittances.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
