This role requires a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support two elementary students in grades 3 and 4 who are experiencing significant behavioral crises. Both students have cognitive disabilities and exhibit severe behavioral challenges and aggression. This position is based in Crestview, FL, within a K-12 school setting, and is available as a contract for the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to two elementary students with extreme behavioral issues.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned teaching assistants to manage and reduce challenging behaviors.
