RBT/Behavior Therapist - Paid internship available

Job Description Job Description Behavior Therapist (Part-Time & Full-Time) Serving the Glenview Area Pay: $19.00 per hour for client sessions and office work once RBT certified. $17.00 per hour for client sessions and office work beginning with in-person shadow sessions, pre-certification. $15.00 per hour for RBT module training & virtual onboarding training. $150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months of employment Join Instructional ABA Consultants and make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism. We're hiring Behavior Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinical settings. What You'll Do Implement behavior plans created by a BCBA Track and submit session data electronically Receive paid training and support toward RBT certification Work daytime and evenings (3-8pm) one weekend day (part-time flexibility available) Collaborate with a supportive clinical team Perks Paid training certification support Career growth opportunities Supportive, team-first culture Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Experience working or volunteering with children Experience or coursework in psychology, behavior analysis, or human development is a plus Strong communication & reliability Reliable transportation (travel within 40 mins of Glenview) Must pass a background check CPR/First Aid preferred Ready to make a difference?
