Overview
The RCM Solution Architect is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing outpatient revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions while providing hands-on operational leadership to RCM delivery teams. This role blends solution architecture, service delivery excellence, people leadership, and client performance ownership . You’ll act as both a subject matter expert and an operations leader—partnering closely with Sales, Client Success, and Recruiting to drive successful pre-sales engagements, seamless client transitions, and sustained performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- RCM Solution Architecture & Service Design
- Architect end-to-end outpatient RCM solutions, including:
- Front-end registration and insurance verification
- Prior authorizations
- Coding (professional and facility, as applicable)
- Charge entry and claim submission
