We are seeking an experienced RCM Reliability-Centered Maintenance Specialist with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry specifically in rotary equipment.
Experience : 3 to 8 years
Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing RCM programs, conducting reliability assessments, and ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of rotary equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in maintenance and reliability engineering.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive RCM programs to optimize maintenance activities for rotary equipment.
Conduct reliability assessments and analyze data to identify potential failure mechanisms and improve equipment performance.
Compressor optimization and run time analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop maintenance strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform inspections and assessments of rotary equipment to evaluate their condition and reliability.
