**Position Description & Qualifications**
Serco has a Senior Radar Cross Section (RCS) Engineer role in Pascagoula, Mississippi that will allow you to have an impact on a Navy shipbuilding program on a day-to-day basis. As RCS Senior Engineer you will be part of a dynamic team of SMEs assessing RCS related shipbuilder production and test items.
Your role will include conducting daily oversight and surveys of conditions found at HII Shipyard in Pascagoula, MS, conducting surveys and audits of RCS shipbuilding items. You will brief PMS 400D and SUPSHIP Gulf Coast as needed to report any significant conditions found or observed trends that could affect cost, quality, or schedule. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense, the quality of ships and the safety of our sailors.
**This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance post-employment.**
