Job Description
Overview
Plan and conduct experiments for new product development and improvement of existing products based on customer requirements. Create and manage activity lists for each customer/project to monitor progress and plan next actions. Establish evaluation or simulation methods to correlate with customer processes. Provide technical support for internal quality-related issues. Prepare Manufacturing Review documents and coordinate meetings with relevant departments. Attend mass production trials for new products or product transfer. Prepare test reports prior to customer sample submission and obtain internal approvals. Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the superior. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of ISO documentation under supervision.
Job Requirements
Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
