R&D Cell Test Engineer

Your role

R&D Cell Test Engineer is responsible for overseeing and conducting battery testing and measurements using specialized equipment to ensure the performance, safety, and reliability of battery cells. This role involves managing test procedures, data analysis, equipment maintenance, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.

Main functions

• Ensure that test data are stored in the appropriate folders (5S for SharePoint and Database) for easy access and retrieval.
• Update the testing status and planning tools, including forecasts and upcoming test schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, including automation of testing and data evaluation.
• Identify opportunities and generate innovative ideas to strengthen intellectual properties related to battery testing.
• Assist technicians during periods of high workload to maintain testing efficiency.
