Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development & R&D

• Develop, test, and finalize café menu items (breakfast, light bites, desserts, beverages support)
• Standardize recipes, portion sizes, plating, and food costing
• Update menu offerings based on customer feedback, seasonality, and café trends
