R&d chemist (process development & scale-up)

Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on R&D Chemist with strong experience in organic synthesis, process development, and scale-up, capable of taking products from lab to pilot and commercial plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform organic synthesis for APIs / intermediates
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for yield, purity, and cost
- Execute scale-up from lab to kilo, pilot, and commercial scale
- Support technology transfer and plant trials
- Conduct literature search, patent review, and route scouting
- Troubleshoot scale-up and manufacturing issues
- Prepare development reports, batch records, and SOPs
- Coordinate with production, QA, and QC teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of industrial R&D experience
- Strong knowledge of organic chemistry
- Proven exposure to process development and scale-up
- Experience with pilot or commercial plant operations
