R&D Chemist (Process Development & Scale-Up)

Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on R&D Chemist

with strong experience in

organic synthesis, process development, and scale-up , capable of taking products from

lab to pilot and commercial plant .

Key Responsibilities
Perform

organic synthesis

for APIs / intermediates
Develop and optimize

chemical processes

for yield, purity, and cost
Execute

scale-up

from lab to kilo, pilot, and commercial scale
Support

technology transfer

and plant trials
Conduct

literature search, patent review, and route scouting
Troubleshoot scale-up and manufacturing issues
Prepare development reports, batch records, and SOPs
Coordinate with production, QA, and QC teams

Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of

industrial R&D experience
Strong knowledge of organic chemistry
Proven exposure to process development and scale-up
