R&D Coordinator

What are you going to do?

As an R&D coordinator you are responsible for coordinating mechanical technical developments and managing and supervising projects in which you bring together different disciplines.

Ideas for new products and applications arise from the market. This can involve new products or optimising existing products. Under your supervision, the engineers realise the mechanical part according to established processes and in collaboration with partners and suppliers. As R&D coordinator, you monitor the projects assigned to you and proactively monitor their progress and quality, thereby steering towards validation and documentation of the deliverables.

In your function, you will visit customers, suppliers and/or our foreign branches several times a year. In addition, we expect you to play an active role within the Innovation Cluster Drachten, to which we are affiliated. In short, a very versatile role.
