A Snapshot of Your Day

As an R&D Electrical Engineer, you will design and develop high-voltage electrical products, from concept to manufacturing. Your day will involve planning and executing qualification tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with global teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. You will also provide production support and contribute to innovation projects that drive efficiency and reliability.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Design and develop complex modules and components for high-voltage products, meeting cost, time, and functional requirements.

Plan and define qualification tests for circuit breakers and switches, including first article inspections (FAIs).

Execute and evaluate qualification tests in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Analyze test results and determine additional testing needs with quality and test bench teams.

Identify and implement autonomous solutions; escalate issues to project management when necessary.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.

3+ years of experience in product design or development.

Technical expertise in electrical equipment and high-voltage products.

Proficiency in ProE Creo (versions 2/4) and PLM systems (AGILE).

Professional-level English and/or German.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).

Strong soft skills: leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and teamwork.
