R&D Engineer (5 Working Days, Pasir Gudang)

Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for product development project.

Monitor and track project timelines to ensure development activities align with planned milestones and deliverables.

Propose new products documentation and refine existing documents:

Provide technical support for mechanical and electrical aspects during prototype builds and new component assembly in production.

Responsible for prototype product testing, commissioning, performance evaluation, and development, including:

Conducting tests on newly introduced components to verify product performance

Preparing detailed test reports for documentation and traceability

Report preparation for product analysis with data received from internal & external stakeholders to enhance product quality.
