Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Research & Development Engineer with a strong software and digital engineering background to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the use of Tekla Structures and related digital platforms. This role focuses on building custom applications, plugins, and automated workflows to optimize design, detailing, estimation, and manufacturing processes, while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization’s digital engineering ecosystem.
