As an R&D Export Control Solution Lead (Hardware), you help ensure that ASML’s most advanced hardware innovations comply with global export‑control regulations from the earliest stages of development. You translate complex regulatory expectations into practical requirements, processes and solution directions that enable engineers to innovate responsibly and securely. Your work strengthens ASML’s long‑term export‑control maturity within R&D’s hardware development.
