Job Description

• Strategize and develop executable test plan to meet project achievements.
• Develop test concepts and test cases based on the product requirements and specifications to verify the compliance of product functionalities, performances, qualities, and reliabilities.
• Execute engineering tests, verification tests, characterizations, cyclic and reliability tests as developed and derived in the test cases.
• Co‑develop hardware test jig and fixtures with R&D designer and vendors.
• Lead test result reviews with partner, compile and write test report.
• Handle test documentation to meet process compliance and audit needs.
• Investigate failure, verify issues, drive debug and propose resolution of exciting issues to ensure successful release of products.
