R&D Intern

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on chemistry / biotechnology / chemical engineering intern who enjoys solving real problems. At altM, you’ll work on translating biomass into functional materials, ranging from lignin-based performance additives to next-gen material streams, alongside a highly applied R&D team.

Responsibilities:

• Support synthesis, formulation, and material development experiments
• Work with analytical tools (HPLC, GC-MS, NMR, IR - depending on exposure)
• Help design, run, and troubleshoot experiments
• Maintain clean and reliable lab records and data
• Read literature and contribute with your ideas - curiosity is valued here

Requirements:

• A recent graduate or postgraduate in engineering or pure sciences
• Nice to have: Prior lab and project experience and internships
• Comfortable in a lab and eager to learn fast
