Job Description

• Support IoT development team for new product evaluation.
• Support Regulation team for Cybersecurity Compliance evaluation.
• Help to process new development related documentation.
• Provides technical support for market technical enquiry.
• Follow up after-sales technical issue and provide prompt and accurate solutions to customers.
• Liaise with customers and vendors for product-related issues.
• Monitor and analyze the health status of IoT system.
