Job Description
Position Summary Contribute to the R&D Microbiology department’s ability to develop new and support existing products and timely completion of projects by performing routine tasks and may be a part of more complex experiments.
Primary Duties
+ Handles chemicals and liquid preparations common in microbiology laboratory setting.
+ Prepares protocols and summary reports.
+ Handles biological samples converted into human blood.
+ Uses aseptic technique to process bacterial samples.
+ Works independently to execute routine microbiology and molecular biology laboratory tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Under the supervision of more senior R&D staff, perform routine experiments.
+ Reasonable, reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential job functions required for this position.
