R&D Process Design Engineer (Gelugor)

Follow technical trends of optical module package, propose innovative concepts of process, carry out the introduction according to CTQ and make reasonable technology roadmap.

Drive and coordinate activities around package development with internal / external cross functional including package design and review, process review, sample build management, cost and capacity review.

Carry out new package / process qualification, equipment / material introduction, preparing document including process flow, control plan, D/PFMEA, design guidelines, etc.

Tracking new process development progress to insure phase delivery on schedule.

Lead package-level failure analysis and improvement action; regularly reviewing failure case and maintain lesson learnt database.

Responsible for new technical releasing and applying patents.

In charge of new process platform and optimize the process development system.
