OverviewConduct and document product development lab work, including development of bench top prototypes, implementation and maintenance of stability testing, and pilot plant/commercial scale-up trials Accurately prepare laboratory beverages and concentrates and submit samples for analytical and sensory evaluation
As an R&D Product Development Associate Scientist with PepsiCo, you will have unique opportunities to increase technical knowledge and problem-solving capability contributing within the Global Technical Brand Stewardship team. The team resolves rapid responds with ingredients, concentrate and finished product, reformulate market products to reflect changes in regulatory compliance and validate materials to ensure fit for purpose.
