gpac has partnered with a well-established, growing meat processing organization with multiple Midwest facilities to identify an experienced R&D / Product Development Manager. This is a hands-on, highly independent role focused on smoked pork products—specifically bacon and ham—with full ownership of product development and refinement.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the product, dialing in flavor profiles, and working directly with internal teams and customers—without managing people.
