As an
R&D Product Enhancement Engineer
, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement, validation, and optimization of power electronics products throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and other internal stakeholders to enhance product performance, reliability, and compliance, while supporting validation, commissioning, and certification activities.This position offers the opportunity to combine hands-on technical work with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment.
