Job Description
As an R&D Project Manager – Power Electronics , you will be responsible for leading complex product development projects from concept to industrialization. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful delivery of innovative power electronics solutions, aligned with business objectives, quality standards, and time-to-market expectations.
Lead cross-functional R&D project teams (Power Electronics, Mechanics, Control & Automation, Engineering) in close collaboration with Product Owners and Program Management.
Drive the development of multiple product roadmap items together with the R&D technical teams and key stakeholders.
Define project scope, budget, planning, and milestones across different R&D initiatives.
Ensure transparent and efficient backlog implementation, guaranteeing quality, timing, and successful releases.
