R&D Project Manager Power Electronics

The opportunity
As an R& D Project Manager – Power Electronics, you will be responsible for leading complex product development projects from concept to industrialization. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful delivery of innovative power electronics solutions, aligned with business objectives, quality standards, and time-to-market expectations.

How you'll make an impact
Lead cross-functional R& D project teams (Power Electronics, Mechanics, Control & Automation, Engineering) in close collaboration with Product Owners and Program Management.
Drive the development of multiple product roadmap items together with the R& D technical teams and key stakeholders.
