Job Description: R&D Project Manager

As an R&D Project Manager, you will support our team leaders in developing the family of optical multi-gigabit automotive transceivers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, in line with company goals and public grant requirements (dissemination, IP, etc.).

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing comprehensive project plans and facilitating follow-up on scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
3. Managing project budgets, planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
4. Managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
5. Monitoring and reporting project status and progress.
6. Presenting regular progress reports, identifying problems, and proposing solutions.
