Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the R&D team in the development of new projects:

    Operate manual lathes and milling machines for prototype creation and part reprocessing.Assemble and develop prototypes, applying analytical skills to suggest solutions and alternatives.Conduct tests and trials on prototypes and existing products.

  • Work jointly with R&D and Quality departments on the industrialization of new products and the improvement of existing ones:

    Assist in the development and assembly of machinery and tooling to enhance manufacturing processes.

  • Transfer knowledge and assembly processes of new products to the production line.

  • Support the study, improvement, and troubleshooting of production issues related to existing products.
