Responsibilities:
.Candidate's applying should be able demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Mechanical, hands-on assistance in the Research and development shop
- Field test program management
- Assisting with the construction of prototypes
- Conducting standard testing on prototypes
- Leading shop 5S initiatives
- Familiarity with fuel and engine systems (15-40HP)
- Mechanical power transmission (Belt/Gear/Hydro)
- Hands-on mechanical skills for prototype development
