5 x Permanent Grade.5 Community Reablement Workers in the north areas of Cheshire East - Knutsford/Wilmslow/Poynton/Macclesfield and rural. The office is based at Macclesfield Town Hall.

These are permanent roles with flexible contracts available between 15 and 37 hours per week. The service operates primarily between 8:00am and 10:00pm, contracts are from 7:00am to 11:00pm to support emergencies. Travel time is included within your shift. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reablement is an integrated service with health and provides a short-term intervention to encourage individuals to achieve maximum independence with personal care and daily living skills, working in a person-centred manner.
