React Native Developer Needed to Redesign

I need a React Native + Expo developer with strong UI/UX skills to redesign and fully implement a modern, premium look for my mobile app .
This is NOT only a design job.
I need someone who will:
Create the new UI in Figma
Apply the new layout directly into the app's React Native code
Maintain all existing logic (Supabase, screens, navigation, components)
Improve visual hierarchy, spacing, typography and styling
Make the interface feel polished and professional (Airbnb-level quality)

Cleaner layout

Improved top section
2. Bottom Tab Navigation
Replace emojis with simple line icons
More modern active/inactive states
Keep the same number of tabs

Most important for the project
Needs a clean, well-structured info layout
Text remains in Ukrainian
Should look reliable (UNHCR / official gov style)
