React Native + Mobile Development(E3)

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled  React & React Native Developer  with  3–6 years of experience  for a  Frontend + Mobile Development  role. You will be responsible for building scalable and high-performance web and mobile applications, working across React.js for web and React Native for mobile. The role requires close collaboration with UI/UX, backend, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using  React Native

- Build scalable and performant web applications using  React.js

- Integrate  REST/GraphQL APIs  for both web and mobile platforms

- Optimize UI performance, responsiveness, and overall application speed

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers

- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding best practices

- Work with Android/iOS technologies as needed

- Participate in architectural discussions and sprint planning

Must-Have Skills

- Proficiency in  React Native  for mobile app development

- Strong experience with  React.js , Hooks, and component-based architecture

- Hands-on experience with  JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+)

- Experience working with either  iOS or Android

- Familiarity with state management libraries:  Redux, MobX, Recoil

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

- Good understanding of  REST APIs , GraphQL, and modern frontend tooling

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with  Expo

- Familiarity with  Next.js  or  Node.js

- Exposure to  CI/CD pipelines  for mobile and web

- Experience with testing frameworks:  Jest, Cypress, Detox
