- Develop important components that makeup CSG's main product using React, Typescript, Node js, Redux, and Javascript technologies.
- You will provide support to customers - resolving technical issues/error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment
- Support and handle all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer
- You will perform your significant assignments
- Ensure compliance with Service level agreements and OLAs
