CR of Maryland is hiring a remote, phone-based Real Estate Acquisitions Closer to speak directly with motivated homeowners and put properties under contract. This is a high-volume, structured sales role for someone who is confident on the phone, follows a proven script, and is comfortable asking for the sale. You will speak only with homeowners who have already requested a cash offer. No cold calling. Your job is to control the conversation, uncover motivation, present offers, and close deals.

Compensation

$8 – $12 hourly + % of net profit per deal closed
