Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support busy Toronto-based Realtors. This role focuses on administrative coordination, client communication, and transaction support to help streamline day-to-day real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and email correspondence
- Coordinate listings, MLS updates, and document preparation
- Assist with transaction files, offers, and closing checklists
- Communicate with clients, lawyers, lenders, and vendors
- Support marketing activities (listings, social media, basic CRM updates)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Real Estate Assistant preferred
- Familiarity with Ontario real estate processes and terminology is an asset
