Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support busy Toronto-based Realtors. This role focuses on administrative coordination, client communication, and transaction support to help streamline day-to-day real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and email correspondence
  • Coordinate listings, MLS updates, and document preparation
  • Assist with transaction files, offers, and closing checklists
  • Communicate with clients, lawyers, lenders, and vendors
  • Support marketing activities (listings, social media, basic CRM updates)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Real Estate Assistant preferred
  • Familiarity with Ontario real estate processes and terminology is an asset
  • Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
