Job Description

Admin Support

  • Managing paperwork and assisting property agents with lease agreements (includes contracts, agreements, permits and other real estate documents).
  • Ensures that all paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
  • Compile and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the management team to ensure company goals are being met.

Listing Management

  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of property listings on various platforms.
  • Maintains databases which includes updating of listings and client information and tracking sales.

Transaction Coordination

  • Manage real estate transaction timelines and details, ensuring everything progresses smoothly from contract to closing.
