Job Description
Admin Support
- Managing paperwork and assisting property agents with lease agreements (includes contracts, agreements, permits and other real estate documents).
- Ensures that all paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
- Compile and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the management team to ensure company goals are being met.
Listing Management
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of property listings on various platforms.
- Maintains databases which includes updating of listings and client information and tracking sales.
Transaction Coordination
- Manage real estate transaction timelines and details, ensuring everything progresses smoothly from contract to closing.
