We are seeking a client-centric Real Estate Agent to serve high-net-worth Chinese clients. As a key liaison, you’ll deliver end-to-end real estate solutions aligned with clients’ goals, combining personalized service, cross-cultural communication, and market expertise.​ Key Responsibilities​: + Design tailored property viewing itineraries; provide on-site guidance (introductions, neighborhood analysis, Q&A).​ + Facilitate purchasing processes: negotiations, document prep, legal checks, coordination with lawyers for smooth closing.​ + Manage post-purchase support (property management, maintenance).​ + Host Chinese partners/groups; provide interpretation during inspections, meetings, and contract signings.​ + Collaborate with China HQ’s marketing team on property photos/videos, amenities showcase, and construction updates.​ + Stay updated on market trends/regulations; offer data-driven investment advice.​ + Build client relationships via proactive communication and after-sales service to drive referrals.​ Core Qualifications & Skills​ Language: Native English Level, Mandarin preferred. Background: Bachelor’s degree+; 2+ years real estate experience.​ Competencies:​ Meticulous, patient, enthusiastic; anticipates client needs.​ Strong adaptability/stress resistance for fast-paced/complex scenarios.​ Quick learning of regulations/market dynamics to meet service standards.​ Excellent communication; builds trust with high-end clients, navigates cross-cultural nuances.​ Results-driven, customer-first mindset.
