Your Role Will Include:
Residential Sales & Client Management :
- Prospect and acquire exclusive properties in prime areas of Mallorca.
- Manage relationships with homeowners and potential buyers.
- Conduct valuations, viewings, negotiations, and closings.
- Accompany clients throughout the sales process, delivering a premium service.
New Developments:
- Identify and secure new development projects for commercialization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international developers.
