Job Description
Lead district court litigation (including county and administrative matters) from evaluation and intake to settlement, trial, and appealManage cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, FHAA complaints, covenant enforcement, judical foreclosures, and other real estate disputesPrepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and other high-quality written materialsConduct legal research, devise practical case strategies, and provide recommendationsCommunicate directly with clients, delivering prompt and clear responses to inquiriesAttend client meetings as needed and represent them professionally in various legal proceedingsEngage in business development initiatives and help foster lasting client relationshipsMaintain consistent attendance, demonstrate strong ownership, and follow through on tasks Qualifications
Active Colorado bar license in good standing7+ years of district court trial experience or insurance defense backgroundExcellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detailConfident, tactful, and professional in interactions with clients, opposing counsel, and colleaguesProficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookProficiency in English, both spoken and written Why You Should Consider Joining Us
