Real Estate Associate

Our client is a leading international law firm, who are seeking a talented Real Estate Lawyer to join its Muscat office. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to work on high-value property transactions and development projects across Oman and the wider GCC region.

The successful candidate will advise on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development agreements, as well as navigate complex regulatory frameworks. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and supporting cross-border transactions.

The firm’s Managing Partner is now looking for a qualified Lawyer with strong technical skills and proven experience in real estate law, ideally gained within a reputable international or regional firm. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage, but not required.
