About the Role
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Channel Partner Sales Representative to strengthen and expand our broker and channel partner network. This role is critical in driving qualified lead flow, supporting conversions, and representing Mohidin Properties & Holdings across regional markets.

Job Purpose
To identify, onboard, and manage channel partners/brokers across assigned territories, ensuring consistent lead generation, high-quality prospects, and seamless coordination with the internal sales team for real estate project sales.
Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or brokerage management
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Excellent networking and relationship-building ability
- Sound understanding of the real-estate market
- Deep familiarity with own regional / local market
Key Responsibilities
- Expand reach across new micro-markets and broker networks
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in assigned territories
- Complete documentation, onboarding, and project training
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with active channel partners
- Conduct regular meetings, project briefings, and engagement initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for CP queries and coordination
- Drive consistent, qualified lead inflow through active partners
- Track competitor projects, pricing trends, CP incentives, and demand patterns
- Gather on-ground insights from the broker network
- Share structured weekly market intelligence inputs with management
- Update CRM daily with leads, CP details, meetings, and activities
- Maintain accurate partner databases and visit logs
- Ensure reporting discipline and compliance standards
