We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager – Residential Sales to lead and scale residential sales operations. The role demands strong client-facing capability, channel-partner coordination, on-ground execution, and consistent achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive residential sales across assigned projects and geographies in alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners to maximise conversions.
  • Handle walk-ins, site visits, and client negotiations through to closure and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, CPs, and internal stakeholders.
  • Execute lead-management strategies across inbound, outbound, and referral channels.
